Vishal’s Restaurant & Banquet is an offering by the trusted name in the Dairy products business – Vishal’s Dairy of Manimajra. The restaurant and banquet that has formally announced the start of operations at NAC Manimajra in order to cater to satiating the taste buds of food buffs.
This new venture, founded by a 35-year-old Vishal Chugh, who is highly passionate about providing the best service in the hospitality sector of tricity. His dream is to establish continuity of the legacy that began in 1989 with the setting up of Vishal Dairy by his father Late Shri Ram Prakash.
“Vishal’s Restaurant and Banquet marks a significant milestone in our journey, providing a luxurious dining experience and a state-of-the-art banquet facility. The restaurant is purely vegetarian, offering a diverse menu that focuses on quality and freshness,” said Vishal Chug, while speaking to media persons.
Vishal Chugh, who leads this venture with a vision of maintaining the high standards set by his family, is supported by Seerat and Lakshya, who play integral roles in managing operations, ensuring that every guest experiences the exceptional service and hospitality Vishal’s is known for.
Talking about Vishal’s journey, Chug said: “The Vishal’s brand has evolved over the years. Initially established as a dairy in Manimajra Town, it expanded around 3-4 years ago with the opening of Vishal’s an outlet that specialises in sweets, ice cream and bakery products in an NAC Manimajra showroom. Now, with the introduction of a full-fledged restaurant and banquet facility just adjoining our old outlet, Vishal’s continues to uphold its tradition of excellence.”
With the latest opening Vishal’s is now a one stop shop providing dairy items, sweet-meats , bakery products, a fine diner and a banquet facility. “Our food is prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients, with a strong emphasis on hygiene. We use Desi Ghee, Butter, and fresh Masalas made in our hygienic factory. RO water and fresh vegetables are standard in our kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our stringent quality standards,” he added.
Vishal’s beverages include home-brewed iced tea; shakes with homemade ingredients and smoothies made with fresh fruits. “Our restaurant offers a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. The interiors are tastefully designed with comfortable furniture and enchanting wall lamps. We also maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, including in our hygienic and well-maintained bathrooms,” he said.
Talking about Vishal’s signature dishes, Chug said: “Some of our signature dishes include Veg Thali; Veg Combo; Vishal Ice Cream and Bakery items; Vishal Kaju Katli; Vishal Channa Kulchaa; Vishal Special Pizza; Tandoori Platter, and Paneer Lababdar.”
