Vinod Chauhan, a small town boy of district Shimla in Himachal Pradesh has achieved new heights in photography across the world. Graduated in Information Technology has many credits to his cap. He is the Director of prestigeous world heritage organization and a government empaneled VCHAU VOYAGE LLP. The organization was instrumental for being a part of Parkash Utsav -550th Anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, 2019 at Sultanpur Lodhi. To complete the project, Vinod Chauhan traversed 10000 kms in four months and clicked images of 80 Gurdwaras of 70 villages in Punjab where Guru Nanak Dev Ji had visited during his various Udasis- journeys.
More than 300 images in Photo Exhibition titled “Charan Chhoh” – Punjab , were displayed under one roof in association with Punjab Cultural Affairs and Tourism Department at Sultanpur Lodhi, Kapurthala in 2018. More than 40 thousand visitors visited the exhibition daily and this number was over 1.5 lakhs on Gurpurb Day, 12th November 2019. Photo exhibition “Charan Chhoh”- Punjab was later exhibited in Chandigarh in 2020 and 2021 in Association with SikhLens, California, USA. This California based organization has collaborated with Vinod Chauhan for making of a Coffee Table Book on “Charan Chhoh” – Punjab on Guru Nanak Dev JI visited holy places in Punjab
This exhibition was then exhibited at Malout at the behest of Mr Ajaib Singh Bhatti, Deputy Speaker Punjab sitting legislative member from this constituency. VCHAU Voyage has done photography and videography in the WETLANDS of Punjab namely Harike, Keshopur and Nangal . The shortfilms made here would be a part of the Punjab section in upcoming india Pavilion at World Expo, Dubai. It has covered Hola Mohalla Event to showcase the Culture and traditions of Punjab.
Besides, many other projects related to Heritage, Arts, Culture, Folklore, Traditions, Nature and Wildlife in multiple states by VCHAU Voyage. The organization VCHAU Voyage Also Felicitated 18 eminent personalities who had contributed in the field of Heritage, Arts, Culture and Photography consistently over decades, some Unsung Heroes and some consistent performers.
The organization has also executed many international photographers jungle safaris and conducted in-numerous workshops related to heritage, arts, culture, folklore, traditions,etc.
Speaking to Vinod Chauhan said “ I have done a lot at National and International level and God has been kind for allowing me to be associated with many Prestigious Projects and noble works . Now I feel it’s time for repayment to my home state Himachal Pradesh.”
He also showed his inclination to work with the Tourism Department of Himachal Pradesh to promote the Heritage, Arts, Culture, Folklore and Traditions and work on its ancient temples and structures. He feels that the real Himachal is still unexplored and Discovering that can put the greatness of the state, for people’s awareness Worldwide.

He feels there is immense potential in promoting Tourism in Himachal where he has great plans to be worked upon with dialogue with the State. VCHAU Voyage will work very hard and diligently on this mission for HP and similarly later for other states too and ‘the best is yet to come,’ he said.
