Vardan & Others Set New Placement Records in CGC Jhanjeri
During 2019-20, the students of Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Jhanjeri have broken all the previous records of getting placed at hefty salaries. Mr. Vardan Gaur has captured a job in TiVo India at 12 LPA, Mr. Sagar Bathla in McAfee at 11 LPA, Ms. Shriya Wali in VM Ware at 10 LPA, Ms. Angelbir Kour Bakshi and Mr. Amit Kumar in LIDO at 10 LPA. In addition to this, a large number of students have got jobs in some of the most reputed companies of India at packages varying between 5 LPA to 10 LPA. These companies includes ZS Associates (8.9 LPA), Cubation Consulting (7.19 LPA), Capgemini (6.8 LPA), InnoVaccer Analytics (6.5 LPA), United Health Group (5 LPA), Certy Box (5 LPA). Others have been selected in prestigious companies like IBM, Wipro, Cognizant, Mind Tree, Virtusa, Mu-Sigma, Value Labs, Nine Leaps, Newgen, Nokia, Birla Soft, Sufi, Grazitte Interactive, American Cyber System, IVY Comptech, Cloud Analogy Softech, BYZU’s, Apar Technologies and many other leading companies. Another important achievement of this year is that the students of 2021 batch have started getting selected for apprenticeship/ training with handsome stipend of Rs. 25000/- per month.
Speaking about this achievement, Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal, President, CGC said that placements of students are most close to the hearts of the management. He congratulated Ms. Himani, Director Placements, Dr. Ashwani Kumar Sharma and the entire placement team for their excellent work. Dr. G.D. Bansal, Director General said that to ensure success of our students in interviews of various companies, we give a 360 degree training to all the students.
