Training Program for PA/PS of Legislators of Six States conclude
Chandigarh– Two and a half days intensive training program of personal assistant and secretaries of BJP legislators of six northern Indian states, namely Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Delhi, Uttrakhand which was being held at BJP Punjab office at Chandigarh concluded here on Sunday.
This training program for PA/ PS of the legislators was the first in the series of six regional training programs planned to be held across the country by the BJP Central Training Department. The training program carried different sessions divided into ideological and technical subjects imparting knowledge about assisting legislators in their legislator work, responsibilities of a personal secretary, office management, personality development, guidelines for media and social media, etc.

Mr Mahohar Lal Khattar, Chief Minister of Haryana who presided over the closing session said, “A personal assistant is the backbone of the legislator and increasing the efficiency of a PA/PS is definitely going to increase the efficiency of the legislator. BJP is committed to have trained political workers at all levels and this training for the PA/PS proves that we will leave no one behind in our mission to give good governance.”
Dharinder Tayal who was coordinating the training program said that this was the first time that any political party has undertaken such a training session for the personal assistants of legislators.
The other speakers included O.P. Dhankar, Mahesh Chandra Sharma, Hemant Goswami, Dinesh Kumar, Kudeep Azaad and others.
