Thousands attend Dandiya Dhamaal 2018 in Omaxe New Chandigarh, Dandiya performance by a renowned troupe from Gujarat was amongst the major attractions that enthralled thousands who had gathered in Omaxe New Chandigarh for the annual Dandiya Dhamaal Mahotsav in Omaxe New Chandigarh held during 12-14 October, 2018.

Omaxe celebrates Dandiya Dhamaal Mahotsav every year as part of its endeavour to bring the community together on this festive occasion in its township spread across hundreds of acres.

The festive season is a great time for fun and celebration. During the 3-day mahotsav, people of all age groups played dandiya and danced to the tune with full fervor. The annual mahotsav has attained the most sought-after status with the entire city looking forward to it. Dandiya Mahotsav 2018 has been a resounding success.

With festive spirit flowing high during this time of the year, the crowd swelled owing to the weekend. The enthusiasm was palpable with even children hooked to it. The performance by this 54- member troupe from Surat in Gujarat was appreciated by everyone.

The three day event also witnessed crowd dancing and grooving to hit bollywood numbers churned out by the performers – Shreya Sharma and Neeraj Dhal. The event also had several other entertainment options like Tattoo maker, Bouncy and Cartoon characters among others.

Women and Children made a beeline at this counters. Known to serve sumptuous food, the gathering ate their heart out with a wide variety of delicacies.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Bhupendra Singh, President, Omaxe Ltd. said: “The annual Mahotsav organized by Omaxe has attained legendary status in the Chandigarh circle.
