The Holy Wonder Smart School celebrated the Prakash Utsav of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji . The day was marked with religious fervour and the school was aptly decorated. The students sang religious hymns from the holy Guru Granth Sahib in the campus. On this day, the students were reminded anew of the message of sanctity, faith, trust, honesty, karam and kirit, which forms the core of Guru Nanak’s message to the world.
The students gave speeches & recited poems from the life history of Guru Nanak Devji. Principal Pramjeet Grover explained the three main teachings of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji ( Kirat Karo, Vand Chako and Naam Japo)and explain the children that it is the way shown by the “Gurus” which can help the young generation to save themselves from the vices of the world.

Director of the school, Ashween Arora stressed on the fact that times have changed- but our values should remain intact. She also recited a few lines from the Holy Granth Sahib. She reminded the students to abstain from wrong thoughts, words or actions and asked them to follow the simple but very relevant message of peace, spiritual faith and honest conduct, which was expounded by Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
