Sukhpal Singh Khaira did misrepresentation while filing nomination papers,

1.Aam Aadmi Party MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira S/O S.Sukhjinder Singh from Bholath has done misrepresentation while filing his nomination papers .ie. form-26 which is affidavit of all the records that are asked for from a candidate applying for contesting elections.

2.While filing his nomination papers in 2007,it was stated by him that he has done BA-PartII(2007) whereas in 2012 it was mentioned by him that he is done with his graduation(2012) while again in 2017 it was mentioned by him that he is still an undergraduate.Which is self-contradicting.

3.Such a thing is punishable under section 181,420,465,468,470 and section 471 of the Indian Penal Code.And his membership is liable to be set aside under section 139 and section 140 of the Representation of the People Act,1951.

4.Plus,They have used the loopholes in various provisions of The Punjab Land Reforms Act,1972 to keep the land which was above and beyond the limit of ceiling to themselves.Every penny coming from that land is utilized by them for their personal means. Although such a land was supposed to be allotted to needy and landless peasants.A fraud amounting to the tune of 6.6crore is committed against the 22 acres of land which was supposed to be vested with the government.
