Mohit Malik gets candid on how his mental strength and spiritual belief has helped him maintain his calm while performing stunts in COLORS ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 12’
Television heartthrob Mohit Malik who has already set his social media ablaze with the fantastic behind-the-scenes videos with his fellow contestants on the sets of COLORS ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 12’, shares the reason behind his calm and composed demeanour. Mohit believes that he can survive and perform the tasks designed by the demigod Rohit Shetty, only because of his mental strength and his faith. Mohit is a spiritual person, and he believes that his faith is what keeps him going.
Talking about his spirituality, Mohit says, “I am a spiritual person, and I believe that it helps me with the power to conquer my obstacles, overcome my inhibitions and complete the tasks.” Mohit also has a fear of heights, while talking about doing stunts related to heights, he says, “I am scared of heights, but this is a challenge and I plan on completing every task. I hope to have enough strength to prevail over my fears and come out as a winner.”

The star recently shared her thoughts on being the youngest contestant on the show and the special name host Rohit Shetty has given her. Making her debut in reality shows with Khatron Ke Khiladi 12, Jannat Zubair has revealed how she got the nickname of ‘Chhota packet, bada dhamaka’, and how she is prepared to give a tough fight to her co-contestants despite being the youngest one in the clan.
Talking about her experience in the show so far, Jannat says, “I believe that age does not play a crucial role in challenging your inner fears or conquering them, however, the will, mental stability, and physical strength matter the most when it comes to accomplishing a task in the show Khatron Ke Khiladi 12. More than anything, my aim is to learn as many things as possible from our mentor Rohit Sir and also from all my co-contestants. I love all the pampering that I get on the set, but when it comes to stunts, I get equally tough tasks; and I make it a point to always try and complete them to the best of my ability. Hence, I got the name ‘Chhota packet, bada dhamaka’ from Rohit Sir himself.”

The 12th season of COLORS’ ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ has taken off in the adventurous city of Cape Town, South Africa, where the contestants are finally coming face-to-face with the challenges that lie in front of them. But one of the biggest challenges for many is staying far away from home. However, contestant Aneri Vajani has found a way to stay connected to her roots by taking a bag full of Gujarati food to Cape Town.
Aneri Vajani, who proclaims herself to be an absolute foodie, made sure that she gets to savour ghar ka khana even while she’s on the other side of the world.
Talking about the same, Aneri said, “While I’m eager to experience new things in Cape Town, I don’t want to miss out on anything that is related to food. I am a foodie and I absolutely love Gujarati food and I can’t do without it. There is plenty of theplas, fafda, farsan in my bag for all of us to share and enjoy!”
