#ICON, the definitive Indian independent Hip Hop property, brings the next stage in the evolution of hip-hop with Seedhe Maut – the bi-lingual duo following in the trailblazing footsteps of international hip-hop collectives such as Run The Jewels, Clipse, Black Hippy, Mobb Deep, Blackstar and more.

Curated by Azadi Records, which has artists like PrabhDeep and SEZ signed with the, #ICON is a monthly initiative that aims to showcase the icons of the Indian hip-hop community, with Azadi ‘Crew’ joining them, bringing the underground scene to Sector 7 SOCIAL, your neighbourhood Café/ Bar hangout.

#ICON promises to introduce audiences to the forward thinking and unique sounds that are driving the Indian independent rap movement which is politically and socially conscious. Having hosted Chandigarh based outfits like Desi Beam, Kru172 and Kala Kurta Gang, Volume 4 of #ICON will feature Seedhe Maut, Full Power along with DJ Karma.
