Sarin&Co ink agreement with SGI Aviation Services of the Netherland
Chandigarh based reputed law firm, Sarin & Co., has inked a cooperation agreement with the Netherland’s leading consulting company SGI Aviation Services.
SGI Aviation headquartered in Amsterdam with offices in Guernsey, Florida and Singapore, provides asset and lease management as well as technical consulting to commercial aviation investors, lessors and operators. The company is owned by Fintech Global Incorporated (http://www.fgi.co.jp) and Seabury Capital (https://www.seaburycapital.com/).
The Cooperation Agreement will see Sarin & Co. and SGI Aviation, collaborate on their respective areas of expertise and services whereby they can, in the future, in addition to sharing each other’s knowledge and expertise also jointly offer each other’s services to their clients in India.

Gautam Adani, nephew Sagar summoned by US SEC over 2,200 cr-bribery case
Adani Group’s billionaire Chairman Gautam Adani and his nephew Sagar have been issued summons over US Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) allegation about paying $250 million (over ₹2,200 crore) in bribes. The duo has been asked to respond within 21 days, as per the notice sent via a US court. The summons were sent to their residences in Ahmedabad.

A terminal at London’s Gatwick Airport has been evacuated due to a security threat. “Safety and security of our passengers and staff remains our top priority. We a re working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible,” an airport spokesperson said. Railway services are also not stopping at Gatwick Airport station untill further notice.
