R3SET Little Champs ‘N’ Moms Run 2023 brings together Mothers&Children to promote Health&Wellness in Chd

In a wonderful initiative bringing together mothers and children, the R3SET Little Champs ‘N’ Moms Run 2023 was organized in Chandigarh, with over 130 mothers and 300 children coming together to participate in different runs promoting health and wellness. Staying fit is important for maintaining good health and the R3SET Little Champs ‘N’ Moms Run 2023 highlighted that simply running can be a great way to keep your fitness levels high.

The R3SET Little Champs ‘N’ Moms Run 2023 consisted of different runs, with mothers running in the 5KM category and children participating in the 1KM, 3KM, and 5KM categories. The age of the children determined their category selection, with the youngest participants aged 1 to 5 years, and the oldest aged 11 to 16 years. R3SET teamed up with Chandigarh Distance Runners (CDR) for the R3SET Little Champs ‘N’ Moms Run 2023 where Guest of Honour, Kanwardeep Kaur, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), UT, Chandigarh, felicitated the winners.

The R3SET Little Champs ‘N’ Moms Run 2023 was a wonderful health and wellness initiative that brought families together to promote a healthy and active lifestyle. R3SET is proud to have been part of this event and looks forward to continuing their efforts to promote health and wellness in the community.

This is the second year running when R3SET and CDR have joined hands to organise the R3SET Little Champs ‘N’ Moms Run.

Participation Details for the different runs held today as part of the R3SET Little Champs ‘N’ Moms Run 2023:

1 Km: For children aged 1 to 5 years- 31 participants

3 Km: For children aged 6 to 10 years- 130+ participants

5 Km: For children aged 11 to 16 years- 140+ participants

5 Km: For mothers- 130+ participants
