Punjab beat Railways by 3 wickets In their second league match: PUNJAB VS RAILWAYS match was played at JSCA Oval Ground, Ranchi, Jharkhand. Punjab won the toss and elected to field first. Batting first Railways team was bundled out for a score of 250 runs in 48.3 overs. Mohammad Saif scored 60 runs off 59 balls with help of eight boundaries and one six and Mrunal Devdhar scored 45 runs off 67 balls with help of five boundaries and one six were the main run-getters for Railways. for Punjab Mayank Markande claimed 4 /40, Sanvir Singh 3 /32 and Arshdeep Singh 2/ 41 wickets.
Replying Punjab mens achieved the target and scored 252 runs for 7 wickets in 48 overs. for Punjab Gurkeerat Mann scored 81 runs off 78 balls with help of seven boundaries and three sixes, Anmolpreet Singh scored 54 runs off 81 balls with help of six boundaries and one six, and Sanvir Singh scored 46 runs off 51 balls with help of four boundaries and one six.
