Pumpkart Founder to represent India at UN Summit:- KS Bhatia CEO & Founder of Pumpkart, a Chandigarh based startup, has been invited by SDG Business forum. He is a leading panelist for the summit which will holding deliberations on the agenda of clean water and sanitation.

 

The 3rd SDG Business Forum will take place at the United Nations Headquarters in New York on 17 July 2018.  It is one of the major business led events which will be marked by the presence of invitees Indra Nooyi, CEO of PepsiCo and other top CEOs.

It may be recalled that Pumpkart has been commended by none other than Google CEO Sundar Pichai, for its model of selling water pumps online.

The Business Forum provides a unique multi-stakeholder platform to support business action and partnerships to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) – fostering public-private dialogues, catalysing new partnerships and alliances, and exploring innovative business solutions to accelerate sustainable development. 

 

Bhatia is among the key speakers at the forum and will share the dais with some prominent speakers like John Denton, Secretary General of International Chamber of Commerce, Arancha Gonzalez, Executive Director of International Trade Center and many more.
