Following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s commendation of Haryana’s Agniveer Yojana schemes, Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini said that we will not let the Prime Minister’s mission to stop. Haryana will strongly carry forward the vision of the Prime Minister. He expressed deep gratitude to the Prime Minister and highlighted several initiatives implemented by the state under the Agniveer Yojana, such as reservations in Group B, C, and D jobs, and offering interest-free loans up to Rs. 5 lakh for setting up industries by Agniveers.
Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini made these remarks during a press conference at Haryana Bhawan in Delhi today, where State President Mohan Lal Badoli and Chief Minister’s Media Advisor Rajiv Jaitley were also present.
Paying homage to the martyrs on Kargil Vijay Diwas, Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi today visited to the war memorial in Drass, Kargil, where he expressed gratitude to the fallen soldiers. There are thousands of pictures on social media across the country paying tribute to the martyrs, but the main opposition party Congress was not seen paying tribute to the martyrs. It is very unfortunate that Congress is doing politics even on martyrs.
He criticized the UPA tenure for failing to properly equip soldiers with bulletproof jackets and modern weaponry. Under Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi’s policies, India is now progressing towards self-reliance in military production. Chief Minister accused Congress of spreading falsehoods, citing the Rafale issue where Congress leaders had to apologize in the Supreme Court for their misinformation.
Haryana has become non-stop in terms of development
Nayab Singh Saini highlighted the significant progress made by the BJP government in Haryana over the past decade. He said that travel time across the state has been drastically reduced to three to three and a half hours from end to end. Haryana has embarked on an unstoppable journey of development and pledged to sustain this momentum. Chief Minister remarked that the transformation of Haryana from 2014 to 2024 is remarkable, reflecting the state’s rapid advancement under current governance.
The government will bear the hospital expenses of the accident victims
The Chief Minister highlighted the seamless delivery of health services in Haryana, ensuring convenience for the public. He said that health department services are now integrated with the dial 112 emergency response system, achieving a remarkable resolution rate of 93 percent within five to seven minutes for emergencies, including accidents. He said that the government would cover hospital expenses for accident victims admitted for treatment.
