Parkash Singh Badal and Akali Dal are the biggest benefactors of farmers: INLD MLA from Ellenabad Abhay Singh Chautala, while campaigning in support of Shiromani Akali Dal candidate and area MLA N.K Sharma from Derabassi assembly constituency, said that there is a fraternal harmony between the people of Haryana and Punjab even today.
