Oak Junior Olympics organised at Oakridge International School
Oakridge International School to bring new talent in kids organised Oak Junior Olympics . Event brought new energy in the hearts and minds of the children. This Day is marked with great joy and discovering the inner talent of a child in the field of sports. 120 Kids participated in – 25 metre race, tunnel race, soft javelin and shot put.
Students thoroughly enjoyed and learned how to run in a straight line, how to bend and how to use shoulder with power through these games. Such games help kids grow with full potential. All the students were honoured with participation certificates and medals to encourage participation. No winner was declared as it demotivates students sometimes. Parents cheered the students while students were participating in the sports.

While motivating the students Principal Ramanjit Ghuman said that Oakridge International School is committed to ensuring that kids enjoy themselves while learning. We are constantly looking at initiatives to instil the philosophy that learning should be fun. She further added that I am sure the fun they are having would encourage and motivate them to do good in their study and life. We are glad that the children had a great time while participating in the event.
