NGO Tammana, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to multiple social causes, including health, education , women and child welfare, environment conservation and others, celebrated ASHIA-16 – meaning ‘life and hope’ as part of its 16th anniversary celebrations in Mohali recently.
The members celebrated the anniversary dressed up in *pink*, in the theme of ‘*Sweet Sixteen*’ for its *160th Event.*
The event was initiated with the traditional *lamp lighting* ceremony done jointly by its Founder, the youngest, the oldest and eldest member of the team.
The *cake cutting* ceremony was sponsored by BK Confectionery, Sec-15, Chandigarh while Games like Tambola , fun walk and dance brought much fun to the event.
The highlight of the evening was the *Annual Awards ceremony*, recognizing members who demonstrated exceptional commitment towards the NGO’s cause. *The award categories* included the Seven Star Awards, Superstar Awards & more.
*Experience certifications* were made for yearly milestones for various members, their contribution to the NGO and society as a whole was appreciated.
Naveen Pabreja bagged the Title ‘*Tammanaite of the Year 2024’* Award.
Through dedication, innovation, and the unwavering support of member volunteers, associates and donors, NGO Tammana has been at the forefront of working for the upliftment of the community for 16 years, and this milestone celebration was a testament for the same.
