But the Landran Banur Tepla road surrounded by industrial areas can be a boon for industries. According to Grover, currently more warehousing industries are being built on this route, but considering the importance of this route, it will be of great benefit to the industries of Punjab. While other routes connecting to this route will also encourage the industry of the state.
“This route will help industries in Mohali as well as many other ancillary industries in the area who will be in a position to supply industrial products to major units coming up in Mohali Industrial Economic Zone (MIEZ) coming up on Banur Tepla Road.
Mohali Industrial Association (MIA) president Anurag Agarwal said Ludhiana, which is another important industrial city of Punjab, will now be well connected with this part of the northern region.
