Write a letter to the Prime Minister, Home Minister and top officials, insisting that the appeal

 A family of area Maloya under Chandigarh has accused the Sector 39 station in-charge of exploitation and mental torture.  The family has also made serious allegations against the police station in-charge of keeping their minor girl in lockup for 02 days.

 In a press conference organized at Chandigarh Press Club, the head of the family, Bhola said that he is living his family and living in Maloya by planting a street hawker.  At the same time there was an estrangement from the other shopkeeper about setting up a street hawker, many complaints have been made repeatedly against him for conspiring against his family.  The worst happened when a minor girl, considered poor and helpless, was teased and the teasing Muslim family was working on all the activities of the family by recording the family in a planned manner.  Due to which the family could not raise their voice even after being teased.  According to the daughter, this was not the first time she was molested.  The molested family had been fighting dirty abuses with the family for a long time.  When information about the case was given to Amanjot Singh, in-charge of Sector 39 Police Station, he in turn locked him in the family lockup, but also his minor girl along with him, while the minor child was not under lockout by law.  Amanjot Singh, in-charge of Thana in charge, ignoring his complaint, instead of giving justice to the victim’s family, considered it appropriate to benefit the accused family.

 The victim’s minor girl told that in the video of that day it can be clearly seen that the family is doing their daily work, her father is a very decent person.  That day too, in this whole quarrel, he ran and tried to rescue the beach.  But when it was learned that his daughter had been teased, he pleaded with the people around.  Against whom a complaint was given.  There are some influential people in that family.  A boy named Gul Chaman has been a reader of a big official.  The women of the family use dirty profanities which are not worth mentioning.

 He said that he pleaded to DSP South, SDM South and DGP about his complaint and demanded that he be given justice, but even after such a period, no action was taken against the accused.

 He said that he has written a letter to the Prime Minister, Home Minister and Chandigarh Administration officials demanding that justice be done.

My question is to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and all the officials of Chandigarh.

 Can anyone return the 2 days of 17-year-old minor daughter she spent in jail.

 Can anyone understand the pain of his family?

 Has our society lost humanity.

 Hey, how many cases that happen everyday in police stations, in which injustice is done to people.  Do we not consider it our duty to take notice of them?

 All these incidents have not happened on us so we are all silent.  But I am ashamed to see a society where all the people are just looking for their meaning.  Can we see this except every religion, every caste, every party for justice and can say that we want a fair investigation in every case and for that we will try and build a society where everybody together wrongs wrong  And the right could be said without fear.

 Save daughter, teach daughter.

 Defense of religion, good society, all these days, society seems to be a mere show-off.  Think again and again, the next acquittal may be yours.

 This fight is for every person with whom injustice has ever happened.  Whether it is a farmer issue or a daughter issue, whether it is for the society of the house or any battle for jobs, do not let your voice be suppressed and also fight for others.

 Stay away from people saying that your family is behind you, think about them, if you think of others today, your family is safe or else …… tomorrow you will…

 The father’s head has been hurt in the whole case. Both mother and daughter have also suffered injuries. Recording of 29/10/2020 is very important in this whole case.  In this, the injustice being done to this entire family can be understood.
