Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Maan, along with other prominent personalities, paid his last respects to Rakesh Yadav, father-in-law of Cabinet Minister Harjot Singh Bains and father of IPS officer Jyoti Yadav at Gurdwara Sahib in Sector 11 here.
Rakesh Yadav passed away on June 17 in Gurugram after a brief illness. The Chief Minister praised Yadav’s dedication to social service and his commitment to providing quality education to his children.
CM Bhagwant Singh Mann emphasized the importance of parents in our lives and encouraged everyone to show respect and gratitude towards them. He also shared his grief with the family on behalf of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal.
The ceremony included Kirtan performed by Hazuri Ragi Bhai Jagtar Singh.
