Jyoti Saxena on her transformation says, “I was not very healthy back then but chubby who used to never take proper care of her health. And when I decided I wanted to step into the glamour world, I knew I had to look good for my betterment and that is how the transformation journey took place today I feel very happy, healthy, and fit as I see myself in the mirror after so much of hard work and dedication that I have put.”

Talking in depth about her diet and gym routine Jyoti says, “For my diet, I eat a mix of fruits and vegetables and as I am a pure vegetarian. I make sure to have as much protein as I can. I am grateful that I did intermittent dieting and that has played a pivotal role in my weight loss journey apart from that  I had given up completely on refined sugar and drinks and switched to a lot of coconut water. And even a proper 8 hours of sleep. I was very determined and that helped me to lose almost 8 kgs in 3 months.”

“Apart from a healthy diet workout also played a pivotal role and that all included a mix of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and yoga, running to target different aspects of my body.”
