Is 30 minutes of exercise a day enough? As we all know that exercise is very important for our health, well-being and life-longevity. But does this mean that you have to spend hours and hours in sweat or that you have to bound your time to see your efforts resulting? Well the answer is obviously no.

If you’re just a beginner than it is suggested to do 30 minutes of moderate exercises five days a week and that’s all required for you to enjoy the many benefits of exercise.

HOW MUCH EXERCISE DO YOU NEED EACH WEEK?

So the answer to this question is adults can gain most of the benefit of exercise by doing min. 150 minutes of exercise each week. If it sounds a great deal then have a look at it this way:- We can do the activity 30 minutes for five days because according to simple mathematics 150 minutes means two and a half hours wherein we can see that 5 times 30 minutes is equal to 150 minutes.

Some researchers suggest that 30 minutes of moderate activity is most probably doable for beginners, It is because these exercises are shirter and less vigorous and it also doesn’t deplete a person’s energy stores.
