Inderpartap Singh, a student of class 9 at Ankur School, sector 14, brought laurels to the school by winning medals and second position in team game in Under 17 category of 63rd National School Games in Fencing. He won a Gold Medal in individual and a bronze medal in team game. Principal of School Dr Parminder Duggal congratulated Inderpartap for his achievement and also hoped that he would play excellently in the International tournaments also.
Inderpartap school sports teacher Meena Randhawa said these competition were held from 9th January to 13 January at Nalakonda, Telangana. He had various medals at the state and national level earlier also.
