In Guru Gorakhnath Tilla Mandir Birthday of the ruling leader of Naath sect, celebrated: AMBALA CITY (NEEL): The birthday of the governing guru of Ambala city, Sri Sri 108 Sri Peer Parasnath Ji Maharaj, was celebrated at Tilla Temple Guru Gorakhnaath, Nath Nagar, with great fervor and gaiety on Saturday, January 01, 2022.
Keeping in mind the existing guidelines related to Corona, the gathering was kept limited and masks were distributed to the visiting devotees and hand sanitizers were also made available.
It is noteworthy that Shiva Avatari, contemporary of all the four ages, the base pillar of Naath sect, the hill of Nath Yogis holding the ear-kundal of Guru Gorakhnath ji, was situated in the rare mountain range of Shivpuri, district Jhelum (Pakistan) since time immemorial.

At the time of partition in 1947, the then ruling Guru ji, leaving all the wealth and available grains etc., settled in the city of Ambala, worshiping only one ancient Shivling Pindi, and from here onwards the Naath sect.

On this occasion, kirtan was done by the Bhajan congregation and devotees, and in the afternoon, under the supervision of Shri Mansa Nath ji, a huge Bhandara was also organized. At the end of the function, Guru ji blessed all the devotees by giving them prasad and blessings.
