Haryana Chief Minister Highlights Government’s Achievements at Jan Samvad
Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Manohar Lal said that over the past nine years, under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi, both the Central and Haryana Governments have been steadfastly dedicated to serve the people with unwavering commitment. The state has been promoting development by instituting systemic changes, ensuring that 100 percent of funds reach the accounts of every beneficiary, and taking decisive measures to combat corruption.
The Chief Minister said this while addressing the public at Jan Samvad programme organised at the Government Women’s College campus in Rohtak on Saturday. Prior to this, former Minister, Sh. Manish Grover extended a warm welcome to Chief Minister Sh. Manohar Lal, highlighting how the government’s welfare schemes have now reached even the most marginalized individuals.
During the Jan Samvad programme, when Chief Minister Sh. Manohar Lal arrived, the residents of the city welcomed him with a turban and flower garland. The Chief Minister also visited the Atal Seva Kendra and explored an exhibition organized by the National Urban Livelihood Mission at the venue. Additionally, he distributed prosthetic limbs to individuals with disabilities.
Engaging directly with the citizens, the Chief Minister said that the present government has come up with transparent governance through an online system, ensuring quick benefits delivery to the common people. He proudly stated that every section of society is contented with the government’s policies.
The Chief Minister affectionately referred to Rohtak as his home and reiterated that the 2.80 crore citizens of Haryana constitute his extended family. He emphasized the government’s responsibility to provide social and economic support to its members. He highlighted the successful implementation of various schemes, such as Ayushman Bharat, Chirayu Haryana, and Social Security Pension, which have reached eligible beneficiaries throughout the state.
The Chief Minister Sh.
