Gurpurab Celebration at Sacred Souls’ School
550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji was celebrated with devotion and reverence at Sacred Souls School .
A special assembly was organised in presence of the the Director of the school, Gurpal Singh Bhatti and Manbir Brar , Principal of the School.
Teachers delivered speeches drawing everyone’s attention to the teachings and principles of the guru. They highlighted that students must nurture love and equality for all.
Students presented a melodious rendition of ‘Aar Nanak Par Nanak’. They paid reverence to the guru by singing hymns in his praise. Thereafter, all students got together to recite the Mool Mantar in chorus. Later, staff members and students partook of the Langar which was cooked in the school kitchen.

Principal Brar while motivating the students urged them to spread his divine message of harmony, humility and equality. Director Bhatti threw light on the life of Guru Nanak Dev and inspired students to serve humanity and face the challenges of life bravely through truthfulness, tenacity and thoughtfulness.
