If a meal at a regular restaurant leaves you with the guilt for indulgence with deep fried and processed food, here is your chance to enjoy ‘Sattvic’ food which is not only luscious but also facilitates deep sleep, a calm mind and abundance of energy.

Realising the need for food which nourishes the body and makes digestion effortless, ‘Ekyam’, a restaurant based in Ambala, has conceived a food menu that offers a unique variety of sattvic food every day.

The sattvic food thalis have been priced to suit every one’s desire to eat a healthy and balanced diet. The Yogic thali at ‘Ekyam’ starts at just Rs 99, Mitahara thali at 199 and Poorna thali, which offers 12 variety of dishes, only for Rs 250.

For all those who take their starters very seriously, the restaurant offers a rich variety of baked papri chaat, non-fried dahi bhalla, steamed khaman dhokla, baked vegetable tikki, non-fried potli samosa, air fried hara-bhara kabab and roasted paneer tikka.

Mr. Rishi Verma, Director, Ekyam, said, “For years, dining-out has been a thought of conflict for the quality of ingredients and cooking practice that goes into preparing the food. The idea behind introducing a menu which is completely natural in its ingredients was to allow a better eating experience for people which also helps them align with the spiritual goal, evading the ‘tamsik’ tendencies. We will soon introduce a south-Indian food menu at the restaurant and we are all set to expand our restaurant chains in other cities of the country.”
