Pranav Gupta, Chair of the Haryana State Chapter of PHD Chamber and Co-Founder of esteemed institutions like Ashoka University and Plaksha University, stressed the significance of valuing, motivating and empowering individuals to bring their best to the table.

“By creating an inclusive work environment where employees feel appreciated and supported, organizations can unlock the untapped potential within their workforce,” stated Gupta. As the keynote speaker, Mr. Salil Lal, CHRO of Maruti Suzuki India, shared valuable insights on reengineering HR practices to meet the evolving needs of organizations in the post-pandemic era. Ratan Agarwal, Head HR, Hero MotoCorp highlighted the significance of these aspects during his addresson the session ‘Attracting and Retaining Talent – Managing Scale.’He emphasized that organizations must differentiate themselves by showcasing their unique value propositions and providing an environment that nurtures growth and development. Creating opportunities for employees to make a meaningful impact and fostering a culture of inclusivity and support are key in attracting and retaining top talent in today’s competitive landscape.

The conclave also had an important session on Women Workforce which shed light on the unique challenges faced by women professionals. Former Vice President of CSR at JCB India, Malini Gupta stressed the importance of organizations recognizing and addressing these challenges. The discussion centered around the need for equal opportunities, support networks and policies that enable work-life balance.
