Children’s Day celebrated at Ankur School

Children’s Day was celebrated with enthusiasm at Ankur School, Sector 14, here.
All the students actively participated in various activities like bouquet making, poster making, stone painting, salad making etc. The students showed their creativity by thumb painting and collage making.
Class X students made power point presentations based on the topics “Impact of internet on society” and “Health Hazards of smart phone”.
Dr. Parminder Duggal, the school Principal said that these topics were chosen as they are the issues of concern.
She said that participation in such activities is essential for students as they tend to learn more by doing and that leaves a lasting impact on their minds.
