Haryana, Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal expressed his condolences on the death of senior press photojournalist Sardar Santokh Singh, also known as ‘Taya Ji’. He offered heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul to find eternal peace.
Sardar Santokh Singh tragically lost his battle with the cancer disease early Thursday morning. He served as the Chief Photojournalist at the ‘Rozana Spokesman’ newspaper. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Tracer, Map Nevis at the Punjab Small Industries & Export Corporation (PSIEC) in Chandigarh. Notably, Sardar Santokh Singh, was also skilled in cartooning and painting.
Principal Secretary to Chief Minister and Principal Secretary, Information, Public Relations, Languages and Culture Department, Sh. V Umashankar and Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister and Director General, Information, Public Relations, Language and Culture Department, Dr. Amit Agrawal, also expressed profound grief on the demise of Sardar Santokh Singh.
