Congress mayoral candidate, Upinder Ahluwalia stated this in a press release that was issued here on Saturday.
Upinder Ahluwalia, a M.Sc.degree holder from PU Chandigarh, has been the first woman Mayor of Panchkula Municipal Corporation during 2013-2018.
Upendra Ahluwalia has long experience of political and social service. She was a Councilor in 2008 to 2013 and a Zila Parishad Member from 2000-2005. She has also been the Sarpanch of Fatehpur from 1995-2000. She is also the senior vice president of Haryana Mahila Congress since 2018.
