Case FIR No. 298 dated 13/12/16, PS-Ind. Area
During investigation in case FIR No. 298 dated 13/12/16 U/S 376D PS-IA, Accused Mohammad Irfan was brought upon production warrant and three days Police remand of Irfan was obtained. Consequent upon his interrogation the co-accused Kamal Hassan @ Dil Dil R/o Dablu R/o Kalandar Colony, Dilshad Garden, Seemapuri, Delhi was arrested from Delhi and he was presented before the judicial magistrate for conducting test identification parade. Today, TIP was conducted as per provisions of the law and the complainant/victim identified the accused. The production warrant of accused has been obtained from the court for tomorrow i.e.17.03.2018. Investigation of this case is in progress.
