Ankur School Fête Spills Amusement
Principal honors outstanding students with awards & recognition; Fête proves to be a fun get-away from the trivial routine
The Annual Fête was organized in Ankur School in Sector-14, where fun and frolic dominated the premises. The children and their parents pro-actively participated in the fair and the school’s principal, Dr. Parminder Duggal awarded the students who performed better in various activities throughout the year.
Various fun and entertaining games were organized and delicious food was being served. On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor of Panjab University, Prof. Dr. Raj Kumar and Dean University Instructor Prof. Shankar ji joined the members of the School Management Committee including Dr. AK K. Pudhapal.
There were also some special guests in the program, including SBI Chief Manager, Seema Jassi and PNB Manager, Anil Yadav.
The program was started with Saraswati Vandana, after which there were various performance on traditional dance, western and other vibrant programs. Subsequently, Sufi singing and Bhangra performances were presented jointly by the senior students.
In addition to it, there were various fun sports in the annual fair including glass pyramid, apple tree and fish, feed the dragon, fortune game, stick the bindi, put the coin, rotate the talk, light the candle, camel riding, etc.

The students were also given important information about traffic safety, traffic symbols and the relevant laws. The annual fair proved to be a successful affair for the students and faculty alike.
