A case FIR No. 430, U/S 13-3-67 Gambling Act has been registered in PS-Manimajra, Chandigarh. Later they bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 389, U/S 22 NDPS Act has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
MV Theft
Sh. Ashish R/o # 1005, Deshmesh Nagar, Village-Nayagaon, Distt.-Mohali, Punjab reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’s Motor Cycle No. CH-01AN-6419 while parked near SCO No.28-29, Sector-20/D, Chandigarh on 31-10-2018. A case FIR No. 309, U/s 379 IPC has been registered in PS-19 Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 324, U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh on the statement of Pammy R/o Jhuggi No.216, DBC, Sector-25, Chandigarh who alleged that driver of Pajero car No.CH-04B-9244 struck with complainant’s Jhuggi on 02.11.2018. 5 childrens got injured and admitted in GH-16, Chandigarh. Later 1 child refers to PGI, Chandigarh. Driver of Pajero car namely Pukhraj R/o # 86, Sector-18/A, Chandigarh arrested and later bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.
