Sh. Shiv Yadav R/o # 1207 Village Burail, Chandigarh alleged that Karan, Dinesh and one another person robbed cash Rs. 300/- and document from complainant near Pushpak Society, Sector 49, Chandigarh on 15.08.2018. Later alleged persons namely Karan R/o # 628, Small Flats, Dhanas, Chandigarh, Dinesh R/o # 41, Burail, Sector 45, Chandigarh, Rajvinder Singh R/o # 505/B, Small Flats, Dhanas, Chandigarh have been arrested in this case. A case FIR No. 165, U/S 392, 411, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A lady resident of Raipur Khurd, Chandigarh alleged that her husband resident of Saharanpur, (UP) harassed complainant to bring more dowry. A case FIR No. 69, U/S 406, 498-A IPC has been registered in PS-Women, Chandigarh. Investigation of case is in progress.
MV theft
Sh. Dalip Singh Randhawa R/o # 2916/1, Sector-47C, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away complainant’sRoyal Enfield M/Cycle No. PB35AB-0213 while parked near his house. A case FIR No. 324, U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Prem Gorkhi R/o # 201/A, Shivalik Vihar, Zirakpur (PB) reported that unknown person stolen away his wife’s purse containing cash Rs. 2,50,000/-, 2 gold tops, 1 gold chain, 2 mobile phones from marriage function at Hotel ParkIn, Sector 35C, Chandigarh on 15.08.2018. A case FIR No. 296, U/S 380 IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
A lady resident of Village Badheri, Sector 41D, Chandigarh reported that unknown person stolen away two mobile phones (Iphone-7 & Nokia 2700 classic) from her residence. A case FIR No. 331, U/S 380 IPC has been registered in PS-39, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
Quarrel
A case FIR No. 166, U/S 323, 452, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh on the complaint of Ajinder Singh R/o # 1712, Nirwana Society, Sector-49, Chandigarh who alleged that one plumber namely Baiju with one boy entered in his residence and beaten complainant on 15.08.2018. Complainant got injured and was admitted to GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Later alleged person Baiju R/o # 1633, Sector 35, Chandigarh has been arrested and juvenile boy sent to juvenile home. Investigation of the case is in progress.
