The second track from Sonu Sood’s upcoming movie Fateh, titled “Hitman,” has been released. This vibrant and energetic song is a collaboration between Sonu Sood and rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh. The lyrics are penned by Leo Grewal, with choreography by Bosco Martis. Sharing the song on social media, Sonu wrote, “They’re here with a tsunami! Punjabi Munde bring the storm Hitman Out Now.”
Discussing the collaboration, Sonu revealed, “This journey began when Honey and I, both proud Punjabis, met in Chandigarh years ago. His music captured the streets’ vibe back then, and it still does today. Collaborating with him for ‘Hitman’ feels like destiny coming full circle. His beats have given Fateh the perfect edge. This track is packed with intensity, melody, and Punjabi pride.”
Honey Singh expressed his admiration for Sonu, saying, “I’ve known Sonu sir for over 16 years. Even then, I knew he wasn’t just meant to act but to create impactful stories. When he shared snippets of Fateh, his passion as a filmmaker was evident. Creating ‘Hitman’ for this incredible movie was an honor. Back in the day, I made music in Chandigarh and Mohali, and Sonu always believed the world would embrace my music. His unwavering faith meant everything to me, and today, we’re bringing something epic for the fans, celebrating our shared Punjabi roots.”

Fateh, produced by Zee Studios and Shakti Sagar Productions and co-produced by Ajay Dhama, marks Sonu Sood’s directorial debut. The film is a compelling story of courage, resilience, and the fight against cybercrime, scheduled for release on January 10, 2025.
