Celebrating 15 years of consistent & committed community service, NGO Tammana is all set to host its Annual Award Ceremony- , #ASHIA15 at the enchanting Golden Tulip Resort in Morni Hills on Sun, 3rd September 2023.
Founder-President Isha Kakaria states that the Award Ceremony every year instills Life & Hope , meaning ‘ASHIA’ – into Tammana, however this one is extremely special in many ways. ‘ ASHIA’ is not only a celebration of its foundation but also it’s consistency over these 15 grand years ; that makes it stand tall & different.
It is what has driven its progress and ensured its success in the face of all challenges.
The ceremony will recognise the team members spanning 1 to 15 years of service in the NGO ; shared Administrative Head, Suman Hooda.
The event will also honor the individuals that showered their selflessness & exceptional community service under its initiative KARONA- its outreach program for the community during the hard times of Corona , shared Chief Advisor of the NGO, Prabhjeet Singh Grover .
General Secretary of the NGO, Jaskaran Singh shared that the most prestigious awards – the 7 Star Awards also representing the NGO’s logo ; including the ‘’Tammanaite of the Year 2023’ award will be announced.
The Superstars of the Year are also the looked forward awards at the ceremony.
The best contributions in the making of Ashia 15 , will also be handed over the Ashia Awards. Other recognitions like that of the backend, associates, Etc. will also take place.

Gautam Adani, nephew Sagar summoned by US SEC over 2,200 cr-bribery case
Adani Group’s billionaire Chairman Gautam Adani and his nephew Sagar have been issued summons over US Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) allegation about paying $250 million (over ₹2,200 crore) in bribes. The duo has been asked to respond within 21 days, as per the notice sent via a US court. The summons were sent to their residences in Ahmedabad.

A terminal at London’s Gatwick Airport has been evacuated due to a security threat. “Safety and security of our passengers and staff remains our top priority. We a re working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible,” an airport spokesperson said. Railway services are also not stopping at Gatwick Airport station untill further notice.
Congress wins all 3 seats in Karnatka by-polls
Congress candidates registered wins on all three seats which went for by-polls in Karnatka. Pathan Yasirahmedkhan won from Shiggaonwith margin of 13,448 votes, defeating BJP’s Bharath Bommai, E Annapoorna won from Sandur with margin of 9,649 votes defeating BJP’s Bangara Hanumantha. CP Yogeeshwara won from Channapatna with margin of 25,413 votes defeating HD Kumaraswamy’s son Nikhil Kumaraswamy.
