CHANDIGARH: NRI Sudarshan Garg from Chicago, USA inaugurated Arya Table Tennis Hall at Maharishi Dayanand Public School, MDAV Bhawan, Daria, Chandigarh.
This is a good initiative for schools running in rural areas. Under this, the students of the school will be trained by the staff, so that they can go ahead in this game and bring laurels to the school. NRI Sudarshan Garg has been taking special initiative for the upliftment of this school. He says that the students studying in the village should get all the basic needs. He said that education and sports have special importance in life.
Therefore mental development as well as physical development is also essential. Principal Dr. Vinod Sharma said that a computer lab and library has also been established in this school on behalf of NRI. It has been his special effort to give priority to sports.
