The devotees of cows at Shree Krishna Gaushala Charitable Trust (Regd.), Village Saketri, Panchkula are cowed down by the callous attitude of the State Registrar of Societies, Haryana
It seems that all is not well at the Shree Krishna Gaushala Charitable Trust located in Saketri village Panchkula. The speechless cows are the mute witness of the drama whose script has been written by the Ex-President Mr. RoshanLal Jindal whose high-handedness has led to chaos in the working of the trust meant for welfare of the cows.
The series of events further unfolds the story of one man show who wanted his supremacy in the day to day working of Gaushala leaving aside the religious sentiments of the devotees. Mismanaging the whole show for the self-interest of the Ex- President can be clearly seen when some funds of Gaushala were diverted to meet his personal needs. A case of financial irregularities to the tune of Rs. 48,00,000/- was also brought to the notice of the authorities but no appropriate action was taken by the State Registrar of Societies, Haryana. Bundle of other allegations have been levied by the members only to find that the Ex- President had manipulated the things in his own way that too in connivance of the government officials.
One of the allegations by the petitioner is, that Mr. Wazir Singh State Registrar of Societies, Haryana through a letter dated 11.9.2017 without issuing any notice or intimation appointed NaibTehsildar, Barwala (Mr. Rati Ram) as administrator of Shree Krishna Gaushala Charitable Trust, village Saketri, Panchkula. The said new Administrator along with Mr. Dharam Pal Punia visited the Gaushala, who started interfering in the smooth working of the charitable trust. Later on, it came to the notice of members of working committee that said Mr. Dharam Pal Puniawas an employee of one of the educational institute of Ex- President Mr. RoshalLal Jindal. It will be out of place to mention that Mr. Dharam Pal was neither a member of the General Body of the Gaushala nor an employee.
This was another administrative flaw by the State Registrar of Societies, Haryana.
A civil writ Petition dated 28.11.2017 was filed in the Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh by SatyaDevBansal&JeevanGautam, Advocates on behalf of the petitioner Krishan Kumar Bansal S/o Late Sh. Hans Raj Bansal of District Panchkula.
The events of mismanagement at the Shree Krishna Gaushala in Saketri, Panchkula reveal that one can really face many hurdles while thinking of doing the welfare of the cows at Charitable Trust, when the custodians of the Shree Krishna Gaushala who had been holding the charge without resolution or unanimous decision still interfere in the working of the trust. This was faced by Mr. Krishan Kumar who was appointed as working president of the trust.
The said writ petition was heard today i.e. 01/12/2017 and stay orders were passed by the Hon’ble Punjab &Haryana High Court. The next date of hearing has been fixed for 15thJanuary 2018.
The BJP Government at the centre, and state government in Haryana are committed for the welfare of the cows and indeed want that these Gaushalas or the Trusts looking after Gaushalas in the State of Haryana really do the service without any self- interest or official interference.
The above CWP titled Krishan Kumar Bansalvs State of Haryana and others came up for urgent motion hearing before Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajan Gupta. The Hon’ble single bench issued notice of motion in this writ petition for 15.1.2018 and also directed Wazir Singh needs to be shifted to some other post in the State of Haryana and also directed that he shall remain present in court on the next date of hearing alongwith relevant record.
The Hon’ble Mr Justice Rajan Gupta also stayed further proceedings pursuant to notification till the next date i.e. 15/01/2017.
