Rama to wrestle with Durjan Pehlwan in Sony SAB’s Tenali Rama
Rama’s challenges are increasing with each episodes. Pandit Rama Krishna who has been solving all the problems with his wit and intelligences now has a bigger and physically stronger challenge ahead. Pandit Rama has to deal with one of the strongest wrestler a.k.a Pehlwan who challenge him for a wrestling match.
Rama’s (Krishna Bharadwaj) quandaries are never ending and Tattacharya (Pankaj Berry) never leaves an opportunity to add on to his problems. A Pehelwan named Durjan (Nirbhay Wadhwa) enters Vijaynagar dabar and challenges King Krishnadevraya (Manav Gohil) to send his best wrestler in the aakhada so that he could fight him. He declares that no one can defeat him. Krishnadevraya who is confident about his wrestler accepts the challenge and sends his best wrestler for the match however Durjan defeats him. An Overconfident Durjan insults Krishnadevrya and his kingdom. Seizing this opportunity, Tattacharya declares that Rama Krishna will defeat him in aakhada. Krishnadevraya also agrees to this challenge and ask Tenali to fight against Durjan. Rama Krishna who is left with no options accepts the challenge and decides to fight Durjan and his two partisans.
How will Tenali fight the Pehelwan? Will Tenali be defeated?
Nirbhay Wadwa who is playing the role of Durjan said, “I have worked with Contiloe before working them again is like homecoming. Working as a Pehlwan was fun as the entire cast on the set enjoys what they do. The environment on the set is delightful and I got to learn a lot from the senior cast of the show.”
