Vivek Atray inducted into PRCI Hall of Fame Goa, 17th September: Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) honoured Mr Vivek Atray, Chairman of PRCI Chandigarh Chapter at the 15th Global Communication Conclave which opened today at Goa.
