Producer-director Jeet Dhillon announces the film “Selfie”
The first Punjabi film “Selfie” to showcase the issues and biographies of children involved in beggars at Child Labor and Chowk intersections was announced. The film was announced by the film’s director- producer Jeet Dhillon and creative producer Honey Arora during a press conference at the Chandigarh Press Club.
Producer-director Jeet Dhillon said that the film’s star cast stars Amandeep Singh, Pooja Gaba Sharda and Maxwell Dhillon in the lead roles. Apart from these, some other artists Pooja, Sunny Rishi and Mandeep Kaur will also captivate the audience with their acting delivery. He revealed that the casting has been done by M3 Entertainment and Man Singh Sekhon. Jeet Dhillon said that this 2-hour and 15-minute film will be shot on March 25, 2021 and will be shot in Chandigarh and its surrounding areas.
Jeet Dhillon further revealed that the film “Selfie” is being made under the banner of Maxwell Motion Pictures. He told that the story of the film is based on children. It has been shown that there are disadvantages of over-use of mobiles, while there are also its advantages. In the film, it is shown how a gang involved in kidnapping incidents of children is exposed to mobile. How Kidnapper Gang is busted by a group of children begging and being forced into child labor and how children take selfies from mobiles. He told that the film will surely be liked by the audience.
