The triennial report of the poverty situation in the South Asian countries for the first time Saturday in northern India, was released in Institute for Development Communication (IDC). The report went prepared by Nepal-based South Asia Alliance for Poverty Iredikeshn (Saapii). Chandigarh-based study circle dialogue highway has released the report along with IDC. The report was conducted after the “Dialogue on Gwaranens Conference called for the margins with reference to South Asia to continue. The Pro ranks among the leading sociologists of the country. Addressing the audience, Prof.. Viswanathan said, “We should question whether the Constitution is capable of handling aspirations, their nature diverse public. Is it based on violence which slaughterbids? What are the loser, minorities and marginalized, represents his voice? Meri Ray is that the diversity and nature of the Constitution should be included as the Constitution intended.”

While continuing in its fifth Poverty Report Chandigarh Saapii also questioned the current pattern of development. This report is a document of knowledge that brings the similarity of experiences of all South Asian countries.
Highlighting some of the findings of the report Saapii Nepal regional coordinator Pro. NETRA Timsinasaid, “South Asia lives 22 percent of the world’s population, but its income is just 1.3 percent of the world. The notion of moving that will erase the market imbalance by supply and demand, governments are publicly retreat from providing services, including education and health. ”
