Indus Public School celebrated World Radio Day
Indus Public School celebrated World Radio Day to educate students about communication systems specifically radio.
Students were given visual education about history of radio, how it was invented, different changes and developments it has went throughout time. Radio has placed an important part in world history. Various speeches were delivered by teachers as well as students . Students were amazed to know facts like creation of Pakistan was first announced on radio by Mustafa Ali Hamdani.

The school Director Col. C.S Cheema motivated the students and told them to be progressive and keep on learning.Principal of the school Parampreet Kaur said at the moment that it is a day to remember unique power of radio to touch the lives and bring people together across every corner of the globe .The first world radio day was celebrated in 2012 .
