230 attend health camp at Rajpura
As many as 230 people attended a free mega multi-specialty health camp by at Senior Citizen Bhawan, Rajpura today. The camp was organized by Ivy Hospital , Mohali in association of Senior Citizen Council, Rajpura.
In the camp, a doctors’ team from cardio, orhto and medicine led by Dr Deepak Puri, executive director and head – cardiovascular sciences- Ivy Healthcare and global chairman of Cardiomersion , addressed the healthcare needs of people . The free tests of blood sugar and BD were also offered during camp.
Dr. Kanwaldeep, Medical Director, Ivy Group of Hospitals said that that Ivy is committed towards making specialized healthcare services accessible to all sections of society.
Through this camp, our endeavour is to address the health concerns of the people who were often neglected due to distance from a good healthcare facility or monetary constraints. We have taken up the initiative to provide free consultation and medicines to the people at the camp . We were happy that this initiative would benefit area people, she asserted.
